We assist customers in researching cruise options, comparing itineraries across cruise lines, and processing reservations on the customer's behalf with cruise lines selected by the customer. We do not own, operate, or control any vessels, ports, or shore excursions.
2. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information presented on our website is accurate at the time of publication. However, cruise availability, pricing, taxes, fees, itineraries, ships, and amenities are determined and updated by the cruise lines and are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any cruise line information.
3. Pricing & Quotes
Quotes provided by Tharani Cruises are based on cruise line pricing at the time of inquiry. Pricing is not guaranteed until a deposit has been received and a confirmed booking has been issued by the cruise line. Pricing is also subject to applicable taxes, port fees, gratuities, and any service or booking fees disclosed in advance.
4. Booking Process
When you authorize a booking through us, you confirm that:
- The names, dates of birth, citizenship, and passport details (where applicable) provided are accurate.
- You have read and understood the cruise line's fare conditions, cancellation rules, and ticket contract.
- You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and authorized to use the payment method provided.
- You consent to applicable charges including the fare, taxes, port fees, gratuities, and our disclosed service fee, if any.
5. Documentation & Travel Requirements
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they hold valid passports, visas, and any other documentation required by the cruise line or the destinations visited. Tharani Cruises is not responsible for denied boarding or denied entry due to insufficient documentation.
6. Payment & Service Fees
All payments are processed through secure payment channels. Service or booking fees charged by Tharani Cruises will be disclosed in writing or verbally before the booking is finalized. Cruise fares, taxes, and port fees are paid to the cruise line. Charges may appear on your statement under the name of Tharani Cruises and/or the cruise line.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and by the cruise line's published cancellation schedule. Service fees charged by Tharani Cruises are non-refundable.
8. Itinerary Changes by the Cruise Line
Cruise lines reserve the right to modify itineraries, change ports of call, substitute ships, or cancel sailings due to weather, mechanical issues, regulatory matters, or other operational reasons. Tharani Cruises is not responsible for such changes. Compensation, if any, is determined solely by the cruise line.
9. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance products are offered by third-party providers and are subject to the insurer's terms. Tharani Cruises does not underwrite insurance and earns no fiduciary obligation as an insurer.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tharani Cruises is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of cruise operations, missed sailings, itinerary changes, accidents, illness, lost baggage, or any other matter occurring before, during, or after a sailing. Liability for those matters rests with the cruise line under its ticket contract.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount of service fees actually paid by you to Tharani Cruises for the booking giving rise to the claim.
11. Use of Website
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, scraping, attempting to disrupt service, or attempting to gain unauthorized access. All website content, design, logos, and text are the property of Tharani Cruises or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you authorize Tharani Cruises to contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry or booking. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to messages or contacting us.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
